At Kalamazoo County State Bank, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community are our top priorities.  With cases of COVID-19 continuing to be a concern in Michigan, we remain committed to doing our part in slowing the spread of this disease.

We continue to be OPEN, OPERATING, and HERE FOR YOU.  We will continue to service customers at all drive thru’s during normal business hours as well as our lobbies.  We also remain available by phone and by appointment.

We have taken a variety of steps to ensure a safe environment for our employees and customers including social distancing measures, germ shields at teller windows, masks for customer-facing employees, and requiring ill employees to stay home.  We ask you do the same for our employees.  Please do not enter our lobby if you are ill.

Safe Banking

We continue to monitor recommendations regarding the situation with COVID 19 (the coronavirus) from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention as well as our local health officials to best address this situation as it unfolds. Beware of Scams
Unfortunately, during these times there are fraudsters and scammers who use scare tactics as a way to steal information and money. Be wary of any email or phone call where you are asked to reset passwords, click links to other sites and maps, and give personal information.

We thank you for your business and appreciate your understanding and support during these uncertain times.
