At Kalamazoo County State Bank, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and community are our top priorities.  With cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) emerging in West Michigan, we remain committed to doing our part in slowing the spread of this disease.

Given the fluid nature of this issue and information regarding COVID-19 we are closing our lobbies on 3/20/2020 for the safety of our employees and customers.

Please be aware we are still OPEN, OPERATING, and HERE FOR YOU.  We will continue to service customers at all drive thru’s during normal business hours.  We will also remain available by phone and by appointment.

We encourage all of our customers to utilize Online Banking, Phone Banking, our ATMs, and the Drive Thru.

Beware of Scams
Unfortunately, during these times there are fraudsters and scammers who use scare tactics as a way to steal information and money. Be wary of any email or phone call where you are asked to reset passwords, click links to other sites and maps, and give personal information.
