KCSB holiday

All of us at KCSB want to wish you a safe, healthy and happy holiday season. As we celebrate the holidays this year, we are especially grateful for the care and support everyone has extended to fellow customers, our employees and all those in our communities who are working hard to keep us safe during this Covid-19 pandemic.

As your local community bank, our size allows us to be more agile and therefore quickly meet the needs of the individuals, families and businesses in our communities. Please make sure to call us if you are experiencing any financial difficulties at 269.679.5291.

We will continue to make banking as easy as possible whether you prefer to come into our offices, use our full-service drive-thru lanes, give us a call or simply use our online banking and mobile app. We are here to serve you in whatever way feels the best for you.

Here is a reminder of the services available to you during the holiday season.

Bank in Your Branch Office

We continue to take extra steps to ensure a safe environment for our employees and customers including social distancing measures, germ shields at teller windows, masks for customer-facing employees, and requiring ill employees to stay home.

Beware of Scams

Unfortunately, during these times there are fraudsters and scammers who will use scare tactics as a way to steal information and money. Be wary of any email or phone call where you are asked to reset passwords, check links to other sites and maps, and give personal information.

Thank you for the trust you place in us for your banking needs. The holiday season is a time when gratitude becomes central to our thoughts. We are especially grateful for you and wish you a safe, healthy and joyous holiday.

Sincerely,

Scott Hines
