Kalamazoo County State Bank (KCSB) is pleased to announce the promotions of Makenzie (Kenzie) Cail to Vicksburg Branch Manager and Michanna Holbrook to Security and Collections Manager.

Makenzie (Kenzie) Cail is promoted to Branch Manager of KCSB’s Branch Office in Vicksburg. Cail joined KCSB in February of 2017 as a Part-Time Teller while still in college. Later that year, she began her full-time career with KCSB as a Personal Banker where her skill for understanding her customers’ needs along with the services available to help fulfill those needs quickly became apparent. Cail was awarded Employee of the year in 2018.
Cail graduated from Schoolcraft High School and attended Kalamazoo Valley Community College (KVCC) for general studies. She generously participates in community activities such as making quilts for those in need and assisting with the Mattawan Food Pantry.
Michanna Holbrook is the Security and Collections Manager for KCSB. She began her career with KCSB in 2014 as a Teller. Since joining KCSB, Holbrook has been promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Vicksburg Branch Office and her most recent position as Vicksburg Branch Office Manager in 2020.
A native of Vicksburg, Holbrook graduated from Vicksburg High School. As a local community banker, Holbrook is able to assist customers with nearly every financial need they may have over a lifetime – both personal and business. She will now assist on the technical side instead of a branch office setting.
