Meet Dawnn Decker, a Part-time Teller with Kalamazoo County State Bank (KCSB) in the Vicksburg Branch Office. Dawnn is one of those people you can depend on for a smile while helping you with your banking transactions. Dawnn began her career with KCSB in January. As a retired Medical Office Assistant, Dawnn has a keen ability to listen, understand details and help customers with their banking.
“My previous jobs have been in medical professions,” said Dawnn. “I am recently retired as a Medical Office Assistant at WMU Unified Clinics. My other jobs consisted of Dental Office Receptionist and assisting the doctor with procedures.”
When retirement presented Dawnn with too much time on her hands, she decided to join KCSB part-time. “Everyone here at KCSB is so friendly and helpful. I enjoy helping my customers and I love being back working in my hometown community.”
When not in the office, Dawnn enjoys spending time with her husband and travelling to their cottage in Traverse City.
