Meet Heidi Fletcher, a Teller in Kalamazoo County State Bank’s (KCSB) Mattawan Branch office who loves to learn and grow. Heidi joined KCSB this spring and is enthusiastically training to be a Personal Banker.
“I have been with KCSB for five months and have loved every bit of it,” said Heidi. “I love that there is so much room to learn and grow. As a wife and mother of three it is great to be able to work so close to home and my children’s school.”
Heidi explains one of the joys of working at KCSB is helping her customers. She especially likes helping customers learn more about online banking and using the Bank’s mobile app. “It truly is a delight to show someone a service that really helps them with their banking by saving them time! People are always looking for more time in their day! Warm smiles always make everyone feel good, too.”
When not in the office, you’ll find Heidi spending time with her family. Her hobbies include reading and tending to her house plants! “I am also a lover of all thing’s plants! I have over 100 indoor plants and have been slowly learning how to garden the past few years.”
