The website offers a more consistent experience whether customers visit the website from their desktop, smartphone or tablet. And for consumers who rely on screen readers and other assistive technologies, it improves their ability to access the website as well. “Technology continues to advance rapidly, and we want to make sure we are providing our customers a convenient, accessible, and pleasing experience when and where they choose to bank with us,” said Hines.

Kim MacPhee-Critz, owner of Kim Critz Design Studio designed KCSB’s new website and updated the logo to incorporate KCSB into the Bank’s name going forward, along with a new slogan, Your JourneyYour Bank. Critz is a brand strategist, graphic artist and website designer.
